Can Morral del Molí winery is located within the compound carrying the same name, close to Ullastrell, between the lower Llobregat and Vallès Occidental.
Approximately since the XV. century, the estate has been inhabited by the Morral family who’s passed it from generation to generation.The harvestingof vineand cultivation of the olive tree was their main occupation.
Our work is set to preserve a traditional way of working the land and keeping the landscape intact. We have a holistic approach to cultivating and harvesting. 100% ecological regenerative agriculture with some biodinamic techniques.
The vines surrounded by lush forest are from the Ull de llebre, Chardonnay, Garnatxa negra, Muscat i Xarel·lo, Sumoll and Macabeu varieties. With strains about 60 and 80 years of age. All around the estate we find a widespread collection of ancient olive trees from the Becaruda variety and other local varieties.
From this vine we make a minimum intervention wine with no additives. We’re present and conscious of all steps that we go through in the process, from the vine to the bottle.
Our main intent is to transmit to anyone who drinks from one of our wines, how we work, how we live and what we believe in.
